1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service operated by Yunomi Studios AB (Org. Nr: 559572-5697), including yunomistudios.com, maki.yunomistudios.com, and related ventures ("the Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

Yunomi Studios AB is a Swedish-registered company that builds AI-native venture infrastructure and digital products, including content production tools, fashion-curation channels, and creator workflows.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, LinkedIn), you authorise us to receive and store the data described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Connected Social Accounts

Some Services let you connect third-party accounts (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) to publish content, fetch analytics, or moderate engagement. By connecting an account you authorise the Services to act on your behalf within the scope you grant. You may revoke this access at any time via the relevant provider's settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Several of our products generate or assist in producing AI-synthesised media (images, videos, text). You acknowledge that (a) AI output may contain inaccuracies; (b) you are responsible for reviewing output before publication; (c) where output references real people, brands, or trademarks, you must comply with applicable publicity, intellectual-property, and platform-policy rules. Yunomi Studios maintains ownership of underlying tools but does not claim ownership of content you generate or publish via the Services unless otherwise stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
• generate or distribute deceptive impersonations of real persons;
• upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or harmful;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms;
• scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Services beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand identity, source code, and proprietary templates of the Services are owned by Yunomi Studios AB or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services for their intended purpose. Nothing here grants you broader licence rights.

8. Service Availability

We provide the Services on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss caused by third-party providers, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yunomi Studios AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Sweden, except where consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
